Engagement Terms and Conditions

The Engagement Terms and Conditions you the client and J S Rudsenske, PLLC agreed to when you affirmatively checked the box and scheduled an appointment for services by J S Rudsenske, PLLC are as follows:

You (Client) are agreeing to hire J S Rudsenske, PLLC (JSR) to provide legal services for you, the details of which will be defined by email or phone conversation between Client and JSR.

JSR will provide the services agreed to within the allotted time chosen by Client for the price indicated in this scheduling app. Client may terminate the services prior to the date and time for the services to be rendered at no charge to the Client by sending an email to skip@jsrlaw.net. Client agrees that JSR may charge Client's credit card Client has provided to schedule the services, when the JSR completes the services.

All information you provide to any person employed by JSR is confidential and privileged. No person employed by JSR is at liberty to discuss any matter Client has discussed with any third parties without Client's express permission.

Please note the Board of Professional Responsibility of Tennessee and Texas investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by attorneys. Although not every complaint against or dispute with a lawyer involves professional misconduct, the Board’s General Counsel will provide you with information about how to file a complaint. The Client understands that the Law Firm has made no representations concerning the favorable outcome of any transaction or proceeding for which JSR is providing legal services. The Client further expressly acknowledges that all statements of the JSR on these matters are statements of opinion only.
